Shipping Policy

At RockSolid 3D Prints, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

• Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

• Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

• Custom or bulk orders may take longer; we’ll let you know if additional time is needed.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50 (US only).

• Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email.

• If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order details, and we’ll make it right.

We currently don't ship outside of the US but can make special accomodations if necessary.
